Returns & Guarantees

GENERAL (ALL PRODUCTS) INSTRUCTIONS TO RETURN WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE:

• We will not accept the return of products damaged due to improper use and misuse.
• We only accept the product in its original bag and package.
• The customer covers the costs for shipping back to us.
• As the refund amount, we transfer the purchase amount minus the shipping costs, PayPal costs and import fees.
• We advise you to take special care when packing your returns: costs related to the repair of returned items damaged during the shipping process or due to improper packaging is to be paid by the customer.

Please email us: info@body-wisdom.net, mentioning that you wish to make use of the 30 days money-back guarantee and your order number (can be found in the order confirmation email).

GENERAL BODY WISDOM SLING GUARANTEE

After the 30 days are over, we still have you covered for 5 years after the purchase date! You heard correct 5 years warranty! For companies / gyms using the Body Wisdom Sling in their training facilities, the guarantee is 3 years.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

• We will not accept the return of products damaged due to improper use and misuse.
• Customers pay for the shipping
• As the refund amount, we transfer the purchase amount minus the shipping costs, PayPal costs and import fees.
• We advise you to take special care to pack your returns: costs related to the repair of returned items damaged during the shipping process or due to improper packaging is to be paid by the customer.
• The following items are non-refundable: Digital training manuals.

Even though our FDY PE straps and all the other items are extremely durable and strong, it might be that you break your Body Wisdom Sling within the 5-year period. If you feel, it was due to a production error or normal use (wear and tear) then please get back to us via email: Sven@body-wisdom.net. Please note that we need to see the invoice for your product(s). 

Whether or not you get a new product or a free repair is up to our quality manager. We always will do our best to keep you equipped for a lifetime full of adventurous workouts.

It takes around 10-30 days to process a return after it arrives at the provided address. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is received.

Depending on where you live, the time your product will reach back to you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over USD 60, we highly recommend a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We will not refund items, that are not returned to us.

• Customers must have purchased our product directly from us or through an authorized partner in order to utilize our free repair program.
• We cannot repair products damaged due to negligence or abuse.
