These Rings are made of Beech Wood, which is more durable, harder and have a better grip than Birch Wood.

Because the Gymnastic Rings have two anchor points (instead of one like the Suspension Trainer), you can also adjust the width of your exercises, which comes in handy for Dips, Push-ups, Pull-ups etc…

We used three application of boiled linseed oil to treat the wood. Every Application was weeks apart to ensure that the oil was just saturating the wood fiber enough to protect them but not to soak them. This way the wood can absorb your sweat during the workout but is able to evaporate the sweat afterward. The oil helps to protect the rings from environmental stress like sunlight, molding, water and dryness.

However, we suggest you still take your rings inside after an outdoor workout. In case you use chalk or your rings become dirty, it is enough to wipe your rings with a damp cloth. This way, your rings will last a lifetime.

The logo is discreetly lasered, so that it does not distract from the beautiful, natural grain of the beech wood.

A storage bag for your rings, with the Body Wisdom Logo, is included.

Sizes

• 28 mm – suitable for smaller hands.

• 32 mm – more comfortable for average or bigger hands. Also, the 32 mm Body Wisdom Gymnastic Rings are more comfortable for the pushing moves such as Dips, Push-Ups and so forth. For the “false grip” we recommend the 32 mm rings.

Please Note:

• Since those rings are made of natural Beech Wood, the coloration of the individual Rings can differ from the pictures. Some spots or entire rings might be darker or lighter. However, we feel that makes them even more special and beautiful, and after time they are looking and feeling even better !
